The Production Manager responsibilities are:
*Manging the production / Operations department (Approximately 20 FTE's plus the Graphics Production Manager)
*Management of the Installations Team (6 FTE's)
*Management of Sub-Contractors
*Production planning & scheduling
*Resource planning & co-ordination
*Ordering materials & stock control
Key Requirements:
*Good people management skills within a production or operations environment
*Motivational leaderships skills to lead and inspire a team of 20+
*Highly-organised individual to maximise productivity of daily operations
*Ability to cope well under pressure during busy times
*Operations or Production team management
Essential Experience:
*Managing a Production or Operations Team
*Working within a Signage Company
You will be joining an enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable team and would be expected to manage the in-house production / operations department, ensuring a smooth process throughout all aspects of work undertaken for clients across the UK and Europe.
