Video Producer

Location: London

Salary: £28K - £35K

My client is a vibrant Content Creation agency in Central London who work with the UK's leading retailers and household brands on their photography, video and packaging requirements.

They are looking for an experienced Video Producer to act as the company's video expert in all aspects of video production.

Main responsibilities of the Video Producer;

*Work closely with the production teams to ensure both photography and video projects are planned as one.
*Work alongside the other Producers to ensure that video projects run smoothly.
*Come up with innovative solutions of how to produce great work with the minimum amount of cost.
*Work with the Studio Manager to identify freelance talent for the various sites.
*Assist with training new team members on how to approach video projects.
*Act as a Go-To for video projects and strategies for the entire team and clients.
*Advise on kit requirements and look for ways to make improvements in the studio to accommodate video projects.

The experienced Video Producer should have the following;

*Current work experience as a Project Manager / Producer for video content creation
*Full understanding of the production process, commissioning freelancers and creatives and all aspects of video production.
*Excellent project management skills & willing to go the extra mile
*Strong budgeting and time management
*Self-motivated problem solver
*Excellent technical knowledge surrounding video equipment
*Experience of working within a content creation / marketing / integrated agency would be beneficial.
