£20,000- £24,000 + Realistic £12k OTE
I am currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join one of the leading I.T Security Software and Professional Services businesses in the North West. Having partnered with a large number of IT Security Vendors such as Sophos, McAfee and Forcepoint to name a few, they offer I.T Security, Infrastructure and Professional Services to businesses around Europe.
They understand that every customer is different and that a one-size-fits-all approach to security and infrastructure doesn't work. That's why they work with clients to address their security and infrastructure challenges to support their business goals. They listen to the issues they are facing and select the products and services that will best fit their requirements. With many top tier accreditations and years of experience, they can provide tailored solutions that fit their business budget.
Specific Responsibilities as an Internal Sales Executive
*Meet or exceed set Sales Target objectives.
*Meet or exceed set KPI's
*Work as part of a regional Sales Team.
*Contact existing & new customers to introduce a range of products to include IT Security. Cross-sell
and up-sell solutions to new & existing customers.
*Solicit new business from prospects.
*Make an average of 3 appointments per week,
*Develop and maintain a product proficiency and competency level by attending mandatory training
classes and successfully completing required exams.
*Handles straightforward problems that occur in everyday work
*Makes routine decisions within established guidelines
*Any other tasks that may reasonably require from time to time.
*Attend Meetings when required
Internal Sales Executive Relevant Experience
*Sales Experience
*Experience of business-to-business Sales
*Good interpersonal skills
*Ability to communicate at all levels
*Sound inter- personal skills. Able to communicate effectively at all levels
*Driven to succeed
*Ability to understand and implement sales propositions
*Understanding of internet and IT Services. Specifically, IP Based Networks and IT Helpdesk and
Hosted/ Managed Applications
*High Energy Self Starter
