I have a new role that has just become available working for a fantastic company. They are looking for a Fluent German speaking Head of Brand Guidelines to lead this important department, and join their expanding team.

In this role you will be head of the International Brand Guidelines Department in the production of corporate guidelines, style guides and brand guidelines for internal and external use.
The position will be very hands on and it will be your responsibility for driving, organising and motivating the department. You will also be able to handle the overall budgeting process and make sure the department delivers the highest standard.
Skills and Background
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the entire brand guidelines department
You will ensure new and existing guidelines are of the highest possible standard
Oversee the setting up of new guidelines in German, based on existing templates and guideline examples
Provide advice to the design and artwork departments on what needs to be artworked or retouched before work can commence on the guidelines
Must have a background in design or artwork with good knowledge of print processes and a detailed understanding of packaging design
You must be a fluent German speaker as most of their guidelines are for the German, Austrian and Swiss markets
Must be a strong leader
The role requires you to have good experience in crafting detailed corporate guidelines, brand guidelines, style guides or annual reports
