Genesis Associates is a relatively new consultancy
in name, but our employees are a highly experienced team of Consultants
and Directors. Originally founded at the end of 2006 to provide
recruitment services into the Building & Engineering sector; the
international success of this division has provided the strategic,
financial and operational platform to launch new divisions in 2008 and
2009.
We are currently looking to speak to talented
people for the following opportunities:
• Trainee Recruitment Consultant x1
• Recruitment Researcher / Resourcer x1
• Experienced Recruitment Consultants x2 –
Construction, Engineering, IT, Finance etc
• Recruitment Team Managers / Team Leader
x1- Build new Divisions, establish teams
Genesis employees come from a range of business

graduates and trainees. Our consultants take great pride in the strong
relationships, key accounts and preferred supplier agreements they

We offer all the usual: Competitive basic wages
(£20,000 - £30,000), fantastic commission and bonuses, pay guarantees
for experienced recruiters, milestone awards, external training &

development plans, realistic expectations against performance, seasonal
adjustments of targets etc
For Billing Associates (Senior / Principal
recruiters), Managing Associates (team managers) and Directors we offer
equity in the business (annual profit related bonuses) and this ranges
from 2%-10%.
