This is not simply a case of matching skills and attributes but one of truly understanding a client's business and its culture, as well as the career aspirations and expectations of a candidate.
Organic growth does not refer to hiring graduates alone. Genesis Associates have developed the Recruitment Development Programme (RDP). This is designed to support individuals with proven industry / sales experience whom wish to transition into the recruitment.
