Genesis – Change Directors Forum

February 4th witnessed our first Change Directors Forum in 2010. Held in conjunction with Aviva Investors, Genesis welcomed delegates from Allianz, BSkyB, BNP Paribas, Carphone Warehouse, SIS & Trader Media to discuss “Effective Benefits Management – The Holy Grail of change management?”.

 

The meeting was a tremendous success and offered an opportunity for all to share experiences, theories and practices whilst networking with like minded peers.

I wanted to take some time to thank you for the work you have done recently and to also pass comment on your strengths. Over the last 12 months I have been inundated by phone calls from recruiters (even more so than usual), which appears to be a tale of our times. Christopher, an IRP and APM accredited recruitment professional has a several years experience within the identification and assessment of change practitioners. As a trusted partner to a number of FTSE100 clients Christopher brings with him a wealth of experience. Regarded as a trusted advisor to clients within the banking, insurance, utilities, retail, media and telecoms sectors Christopher and his team will be responsible for the development of a full service offering across a range of change management disciplines.

 

The acquisition of Christopher and our investment in the change management arena is testament to our detailed expansion process. Expansion has been and always will be built on success and we do have plans to add further disciplines to our portfolio however as always these will largely be chosen by our clients requirements.
