Business Development Manager/BDM
*£35k-£40k basic salary

The leading large format branding and signage company In Watford are looking for a BDM/Business Development Manager to come on board as they look to grow the company throughout. The Business Development Manager will be required to generate new business and manage existing accounts.
THE ROLE:
*Manage a portfolio of accounts, reinvigorate lapsed accounts and bring back up to major client status
*Highlight key areas of growth and target new clients to continue to grow account base
*Sell the portfolio of Signage Solutions into SME's and Blue Chips
*Manage the projects after winning the sale - liaising with the Client and Production team to ensure briefs are met
*Work in a consultative manner, advising the best signage solutions for clients
*Provide after-sales care, helping to encourage repeat business
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
*Sales experience within a Signage/Large Format Print industry, bringing in 250k of new business
*At least 2-3 years' experience sales experience
*Proven background of working towards sales targets and KPIs managing your time effectively
*Ability to sell consultatively to a variety of clients
