Trainee Recruitment Executive / Resourcer / Account Manager

The Genesis Creative team was first set up 6 years ago focusing on client services roles in the UK Packaging Graphics market. Since then we have set up a technical & production team to flatter the work on the client services side of the market, diversified in to other design and print related markets, taken it from one Manchester based client to a large and loyal client base spreading across the UK, Europe and Globally, built up a huge network of candidates and have gained recognition as one of the most well recognised recruitment agency's in the market.

It's fair to say the Creative team has been a success and has regularly been the top performing team across the Genesis business and has produced some of the highest performing Consultants, some of whom have been home grown from Trainee Recruitment Executive / Resourcer / Account Managers. The exciting thing is there is still so much potential in this industry too.

Essentially our clients are typically design agencies who have client such as Coca Cola, M&S;, Unilever, Tesco, Bathstore, McDonalds and similar Global and national Brand Owners, Retailers and FMCG companies. Roles that we recruit for range from Account Executive, Project Manager, Account Manager, Account Director to Global Account Director and everything in between.

Future prospects are to progress from a Trainee Recruitment Executive / Resourcer on to account management or to move on to a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

The ideal new team member will be somebody who is excited by working with the design market, enjoy a consultative recruitment approach, be a real team player and must be good fun!
