Field Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager - Print and Document Management Solutions
London and South East
£40,000 - £50,000 base salary flexible dependent on experience + car package + commission
I'm currently recruiting for a Field Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to manage my clients Print and Document Management sales team in the London and South East area. The company is an international organisation which provides an array of print and document management solutions to businesses across the world. It has an impressive portfolio of clients and is considered to be one of the industry leaders. The company supports its employees boasting over 2500 across many positions from sales to support and technical to document controllers - every employee counts!
The Field Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager will be responsible for:-
Managing a business development team across the London and South East
Recruiting of new BDMs / Account Managers
Shadowing the sales team of client visits to drive new business revenue
Conduct monthly reviews, pipeline management and training needs analysis
In reward the successful Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will receive:
* £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary (negotiable)
* Bonus Scheme
* Holidays / Pension / Benefits Packages
