My client is a specialist within the Exhibition and Retail Display Industry providing a full-scale solution from initial Design through Manufacturing and Installation. They work with a number of large clients on varying Projects from Conference Stands to Bespoke elaborate Exhibition Displays.
They are a looking for a new Project / Account Manager to join their team!
The Role
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process from initial concept through to installation, acting as the main point of contact for the Client.
The main responsibilities of the Project Manager will be;
oTake ownership of the delivery of projects - meeting time constraints, budgets and specifications
oLiaise with various levels of contacts from Construction, Print, Installation and Senior Managers
oAttend client meetings and briefings with the client - as and when requested - this can include travel across the UK and Europe
oHandle from Cradle to Grave, coordinating through Design, Production, Installation and Dispatch, liaising with various contacts for the varying projects
oTo effectively communicate with Suppliers, Carriers, Couriers and other 3rd Parties
oEnsure Health and Safety measures are adhered to, referencing the companies policies and procedures
oPut together critical paths and chase up deadlines on behalf of the client to ensure execution of the project
The Project Manager will have the following skillset;
oPrior Project Management experience in a client facing role
oExperience within the Large Format Graphics Industry is Ideal however would be open to Construction or Joinery Industry experience
oStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills
oAwareness of Health and Safety practices including Risk Assessments
oConfident personality - presented in their communication and ability to travel alone across the UK
oHave an assertive manner- ability to hold their own to competently manage projects and varying contacts
oTenacious and thorough - want to complete the task to the best of their ability - willing to go the extra mile
oDriving license
