Salary DOE - Up to £35k
My client are a specialist within the Litho and Digital Print industry, providing a broad range of products across the North West area.
As Production Manager you will be responsible for handling processes from initial order through to delivery as well as;
oManaging a team on the shop floor across varying departments
oCoordinating production schedules to meet deadlines and client requirements as a priority
oWork alongside Directors and Senior Management to implement processes to improve the efficiency of the department
oEnsure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to across the workplace
oImplement KPI and Review systems to improve staff performance and motivate the team
As Production Manager you will have the following;
oManagement experience within a print production facility
oWorking understanding of the production process within Litho and Digital
oStrong negotiation skills to work with clients and suppliers
oAbility to communicate at all levels, with team members, clients and suppliers
