£30K + car/car allowance - dependent on experience

The Company
My client are a large format and graphics provider based in Dorset who specialise within Exhibitions who are looking for someone from an Exhibitions/Large Format/Signage BDM to join their team!

They are looking for a new BDM to join their expanding sales team!

The Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the Southern territory, winning new prospective clients and managing through the project management process.

The main responsibilities of the BDM/Business Development Manager will be;
o Develop long term account plans for new wins
o Attend 40+ client meetings per month to achieve sales targets
o Sell consultatively offering solutions for your client base, building rapport and long term relationships
o Develop Annual Sales Plans which will map your ability to meet and exceed sales targets
o Generate a sales pipeline of circa £200k to achieve target

The successful candidate will have the following;
o 2+ years sales experience within the Signage industry
o Existing client base to hit the ground running with
o Experience selling on a consultative basis
