OVERVIEW
This position provides the opportunity to work with a well-respected main contractor in West London on a £4 million residential project.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience as Site Manager with experience of the full project cycle, from the foundations to the final components of the build on residential projects. They will have experience working on both the internals and externals.
DUTIES
In this position of No. 1 Site Manager you will be managing a team on site in all activities associated with the new build construction of a 19 apartment residential building.
* Managing a team on site
* Conducting risk assessments
* Interpreting/ reading designs
* Client facing
REQUIREMENTS
* 5 years' Site Manager experience on residential projects
* Degree in related field (e.g. Construction Management or Civil Engineering)
* Experience of working on such projects from start to finish
* Experience working for a main contractor
* Familiar with a 'hands on'/ site based approach
* Computer literate
