Role - Production Manager
Salary - £35K - £40K DOE
Location - Cardiff
A well-established Large Format company based in Cardiff are looking for a Production Manager to join their ever growing team!
Large Format Production Manager will have the following responsibilities:
*Manage a team of 5-6 people
*Overseeing all aspects of production, having had hands on experienced themselves.
* Create and manage print production schedules.
* Organise, control and monitor the flow of projects ensuring quality is maintained.
* Examine finished samples and approve quality before delivery to client.
* Write accurate technical specifications that reflect client goals, requirements, scheduling & budget restraints.
* Support the day to day running of the production department.
* Send estimate requests to printers and follow up.
A Large Format Production Manager will possess:
*A good background working as a Production Manager in the Large Format industry
*Experience in managing a team is essential
*Liaising with senior management
*Previous experience in improving efficiency and lean manufacturing within a company.
*Excellent communication skills
