Senior Sales Executive - Document Management/Business Process Outsourcing Solutions

Salary up to £85k (negotiable) + company car + company benefits

Do you have 5 years' experience selling Document Management/Business Process Outsourcing Solutions into the financial and insurance sectors? If so, I want to speak to you!

My client have a global presence and have offices across all continents and are looking to expand their FSI business development team. They're a one of the top document management companies and have a great reputation throughout the industry. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to take the next step in their career, with a company that are known for looking after their staff and have a 98.5% client retention rate. They're looking for a strong solutions sales person to come into their team and hit the ground running. The client have a very relaxed and 'grown up' culture, where they don't micromanage and trust their employees to get on with their work to the best of their ability.

To be considered, you must have:
*At least 5 years' experience selling Document Management/Business Process Outsourcing Solutions (Scanning, data capture, multichannel communications, transactional print & mail, hybrid mail, invoice processing, document management software)
*Experience selling into financial and industry sectors
*Experience meeting and exceeding targets of like £1 million GP per annum
*Successful sales track record
*Consultative sales approach
*Must be a self-starter/pro-active attitude
*Strong negotiation skills

Role & responsibilities:
*Working in the financial services and insurance division with a team of business development managers
*Be able to work closely with the telesales and marketing teams who will be assisting in generating leads
*Generate leads through various channels
*Be able to manage the sales cycle from start to closing the deal
*Targets will be built around the successful Business Development Manager

Package:
*Salary's up to £85k+ (negotiable)
*Uncapped commission and no threshold
*Company car or car allowance
*Company pension
*Private healthcare scheme
