Established for over 20 years our client supports Managed Print and Document Solutions and are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Photocopier Technician to join they're ever expanding team to cover the South East London / Essex region, servicing Photocopier / MFD equipment
Key responsibilities
* Travelling to customer sites and carrying out service and maintenance on Canon - Samsung - Ricoh Photocopiers / Printers.
* Responding to call-outs.
* Resolve technical faults / undertake technical modifications and complete repairs.
* Provide training and advice on aspects of the machine functions so the customer fully understands its capabilities, and the highest level of service is provided.
* Be customer focused and have excellent problem solving skills.
