This brilliant company are looking for a BDM to join their team to support their growth ambitions. They are looking for an accomplished individual that has enjoyed success within a packaging background.
You will be responsible for their European market as they are looking to grow and expand this, so some European travel will be expected.
Job responsibilities of BDM
Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
You will work collaboratively with the other teams in order to ensure customers' expectations are being met
Develops and implements commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
You will manage an existing portfolio of domestic and international customers
Identify and develop new customers in UK and European markets to generate additional gross profit with new flexible packaging products
As the Business Development Manager you will be closing new business deals, developing and negotiating contracts.

You must have experience within a packaging background - ideally FMCG/Flexible.
