The company is a major player within the IT VAR space, turning over £153 million in 2017 with the profit margin increasing by 2.7%. Would you like to manage the sales team who made a name selling into the everyday user- where there is huge scope.
IT Infrastructure Sales Manager Role:
To carry out direct marketing and sales activities over the telephone, maintaining and developing the company's sales. Building profitable long term customer relationships. Manage team of sales staff, and to deliver sales target as pre set out.
IT Infrastructure Sales Manager Responsibilities:
-Increase profit from existing and new customers.
-Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects.
-Maintain and develop the computerised database, keeping accurate records of requirements, usage, contacts, quotations and orders.
-Assist the customer in understanding the products and services the company provides.
-Optimise selling time on the phone.
-Liaise and co-operate with all departments within the organisation following set procedures & conventions.
-Cover the duties of any colleagues who are not in work due to holidays, sickness etc.
-Follow company procedures set out in the contract and company handbook.
Why a IT Infrastructure Sales Manager:
-£50-£60k basic + double OTE.
-25% commission on GP generated.
-To work for a Top 25 VAR.
-To work for aa company who are selling into a niche IT space.
Requirements of a IT Infrastructure Sales Manager:
-Proven track record of generating over £200k GP a month in your team.
-Personal target of generating at least £10k GP a month.
-Experience managing an IT VAR sales team.
-Must have worked for a IT VAR previously.
