Workshop Technician Trainee
£12k - £14k basic

Job Description for a Workshop Technician Trainee:
Basic IT background with knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and above, Good customer / staff communication skills, Reliable with excellent work ethic, can adapt to new technologies and business movements as they are released
Daily Tasks for a Workshop Technician Trainee:
-Hands on with Imaging Devices (Servers / PC's)
-Setting up IT equipment
-Communicate with the Warehouse department to bring goods to Workshop for configuration
-On the Job Training will be provided for the tasks you will be supporting
-Possible onsite visits / support with our engineers
-Testing returned equipment from customer sites and diagnosing any issues
-Hardware configuration
-Ensure company compliance is always followed
Working hours for a Workshop Technician Trainee:
Contractual Hours Monday to Friday 9AM - 5:30PM with 1 Hour lunch break
3 month probationary period
