TITLE: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR / PROJECT COORDINATOR
MARKET - Packaging / Artwork / Print / POS
BASIC: £23-27k basic (dep on experience)
AREA: London

Experience needed;

*Must have some previous experience as an Account Executive / Client Services Coordinator / Client Services Executive / Project Coordinator or similar
*Must have some experience of working in a print based industry such as Packaging / Print Management / POS / Point of Sale / Artwork / Graphics / Marcomms
*Would suit somebody who has worked agency / supplier / agency side

ROLE:
-A great role for somebody with some previous experience in a graphics coordination type role who is now looking for the next step and to work for a recognised design & execution agency
-Working on a key client account in project coordination role, supporting a team of Account Managers
-Focus on multi-tasking and managing the communication and expectations of various people
-Provide day-to-day administrative and support services in the co-ordination of clients work.
-To take briefs, ensure these are on the internal system & relay to the team.
-Project managing the process through to completion.
-Liaise with external suppliers and building good relationships, acting as the main point of contact for the studio and communicating information across the supply chain.
-Liaising with internal production teams for day to day issues.
-Producing necessary paperwork and using industry systems.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have experience in a similar project coordination or client services support role encompassing client services and project management.
-Experience in a print based sector
-Excellent client liaison, administrative and project management skills.
-Will be able to empathise with the clients needs but also be tough when necessary.
-Must be extremely organized, customer service focused and be able to use initiative and work autonomously.
-Will be genuinely highly organized and enjoy high volume work and working at a fast pace.
-Critical path experience and knowledge is highly advantageous
-Must be great at communicating and be able to talk about examples of all of the above in particular taking a project through the process.
