Umbrella Payroll/PSC Compliance Manager
West London

My client is one of the fastest growing Umbrella Payroll companies in the UK, and they are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
My client is looking for a Compliance Manager who is the be all and end all of the client's complete technical and financial portfolio. The Compliance Manager will sit alongside both the Sales team and Client services team, providing total knowledge on everything to do with the technicalities, legalities, legislation and more.
The Compliance Manager will be able to provide their services internally as well as externally, liaising with clients, typically Financial Directors, Owners and Payroll managers. They will also attend meetings with the HMRC and clients legal representatives to discuss subjects such as compliance.
The package for the Compliance Manager consists of a £45k Basic and potential for a company bonus structure.
My client is looking for a Compliance Manager with experience in the Umbrella/Payroll sector. Excellent knowledge on all of the legalities, technicalities and services offered is absolutely essential.
Experience at communicating up to C-level is also vital.
