£30,000 - £35,000 basic + commission
The Account Manager position is with a company with 500+ employees worldwide and 20+ offices - they have a real global presence. They specialise in providing data and software into a range of industries. After years of continued and consistent growth, the Manchester office is now looking to expand its team and add an experienced Account Manager to the team.
The role would require you to be based from the office in Manchester and drive growth across a number of high potential accounts. You would ideally spend half your time out of the office visiting prospective clients throughout the UK.
So what candidate are we looking for?
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business or sales management,
*3+ years of overall B2B sales experience with strong background managing the entire sales process from beginning to end,
*A "new business" attitude to sales. Although you will be primarily managing existing accounts, growing these accounts is essential and a 'hunter' mentality is a MUST.
