Job Role: Field Sales Manager

Salary: Up to £47k with a 20% Commission Bonus + Car, Laptop, Phone and other great employee benefits

Location: North West

The company is looking for someone with 2 year + Field Sales Manager experience. This role will be managing a team of 10, so they are looking for someone who has directly managed a similar size team. The role will offer you flexibility to manage a team in your own style and how you think works best. There are brilliant incentives in place for both the team and as an individual manager. This teams you will be managing will be selling employee benefits on a subscription basis. Not only are they selling them but all employee's are entailed to the great plans they have in place just for working there!!!


In this role:

-Managing a team of 10 field executives selling into B2C.
-Process driven company.
-Using your own management styles.
-Flexibility to travel around the UK.
-Home based and out on the field.


Experience/Desired Skills:

-Have experience managing teams selling FCA regulated products and services.
-Although open to industry background.
-Used to using data collected to manage a team effectively.
-Experience in coaching teams as well as just performance management.
-2 year field sales management experience.
-Proven success in a business development role that was target driven (prior to management).
