A fantastic new opportunity has arisen, to join a major player in the Umbrella and PSC Payroll Industry in a Senior Management role.

The Company
-A market leading supplier of Umbrella Payroll solutions, who have direct connections with major agencies across the UK.

The Role
-The Client is looking for a Head of Sales to lead a team of 6 Sales Managers and will help to manage and drive sales from their team.
-They will be responsible for developing sales strategies to drive forward sales targets within their team.
-They will have knowledge and examples of how they have implemented strategies which have motivated their sales force and generated a boost in business.

The Candidate
-The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a team of sales managers and will have a proven track record of driving and motivating a team of Sales Managers.
-They will have a detailed record of how they have driven sales, motivated and trained Sales Managers and have examples of what they have achieved.
