A fantastic new opportunity has arisen, to join a major player in the Umbrella and PSC Payroll Industry in a Senior Management role.
The Company
-A market leading supplier of Umbrella Payroll solutions, who have direct connections with major agencies across the UK.
The Role
-The Client is looking for a Head of Sales to lead a team of 6 Sales Managers and will help to manage and drive sales from their team.
-They will be responsible for developing sales strategies to drive forward sales targets within their team.
-They will have knowledge and examples of how they have implemented strategies which have motivated their sales force and generated a boost in business.
- They will also have experience in managing key accounts at a Senior Strategic Level.
The Candidate
-The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a team of sales managers and will have a proven track record of driving and motivating a team of Sales Managers.
-They will have a detailed record of how they have driven sales, motivated and trained Sales Managers and have examples of what they have achieved.
The role will be initially totally office based in Canary Wharf, then, after 2 months, move into 2-3 days in the office, 1-2 days in the field supporting and training the field sales staff, and 1 day based at home.
