£20,000 - £21,000 / £30,000+ OTE

Our client are a leading software company based in Manchester looking to recruit a new Sales Executive candidate to join their rapidly expanding successful team due to high demand. The organisation are regarded as a premiership player with fantastic reputation for quality and some of the biggest clients in the UK.
This role has been created due to increasing demand for the organisations products and services in a fast paced, high reward market. This role is within the software arm to the organisation where you will receive full training from the ground up to become a successful sales professional.
Sales will be generated from new business, account management and internal leads and will offer a great basis to develop a very successful IT sales career. Progression is available and the company pride themselves on the development of their staff.
Role - Sales Executive
- 20k - 21k Basic
- Genuine OTE 30k+
- Uncapped OTE
- Office based
Responsibilities of a Sales Executive
- Hit monthly sales targets
- Develop and source new business opportunities
- Diary management
- Manage existing clients
- Presenting demonstrations on the products
- Follow up on incoming leads
- Ability to speak to decision makers
- Ability to see new business opportunities
- Manage key accounts fully
- Build rapport quickly
- Increase sales levels
- Hit monthly KPI's
Skills/Experience Required for this internal sales position
- Successful sales professional
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience developing new business
- Strong Listening skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Understanding / previous experience in solution selling
- Ability to cross sell / upsell

- Experience selling software
- Educated to Degree Level
