A NEW OPPORTUNITY WITH THE WORLD'S LEADING ADVERTISING COMPANY:
An opportunity has come available at the WORLD'S LEADING ADVERTISING COMPANY. The company has a turnover in excess of £1.6 billion. Their current clients include Facebook, Google, Youtube, Sky and ITV. They are in the TOP 6 ground breaking companies in the UK for the innovative campaigns. The multi-award winning company is now in over 65 countries and 5 continents with over 12,000 employees.
They are looking for an Account Director to join them in their Central London office. The Account director will be within the UK National Sales Team and they will have a full responsibility of a portfolio clients. The Sales team enjoys a number of team events such as kayaking, track days and zorb football. The staff also enjoy a continental breakfast that is provided every morning. They are looking for someone who wants to be at the top of their game. Working for an industry leader. They would need someone who is keen to build relationships with the key clients and bring in a good level of new business.
Top earners in this role earn around £120k per annum.
Objectives and Key Responsibilities:
-Generate maximum revenue by building strong relationships
-Identify new sales opportunities
-Business Development
-Develop comprehensive understanding of industry and clients
-Be the face of the business
-Be a forward thinking, creative and innovative member of the team
-Liaise with the team and managers to discuss proactive ways of bringing in sales and developing the company
Your Skills/ Experience:
-Minimum of 2 years in a Business development role - selling advertising
-Proven account of established contacts
-Minimum three years in a media agency sales role
-Understanding of creative planning, research and evaluation tools
-An accomplished communicator at all levels with solid presentation skills
-Strong planning and organisational activity
-Ability to persuade and influence across all levels
-A proactive leader
Degree - preferable - not essential.
