CUSTOMER SERVICE / ACCOUNT MANAGER - INBOUND
£18k -21K BASIC
~ Is customer service at the heart of what you do?
~Do you have a telecommunications background?
~ Have you got experience in customer service, inbound calls and looking after large multi national prestige clients?
If so, my client, who work with some of the most prestige hotel chains across the world, providing the most up to date software and telecommunication systems are looking for an inbound customer service executive to look after their biggest clients in providing the latest telecommunications services and products.
THE ROLE
*Retain and grow low spend current customers, looking for long term projects
*Renegotiate (where required) contracts and pricing
*Process and ensure delivery of low end hardware (handsets, headsets etc.)
*Develop strong relationships and communicate with key stakeholders across the business including the customer service, operations, marketing and sales
*Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute telemarketing campaigns
*Experience in using Gamma Broadsoft or provisioning is desirable*
