How we source talent

We are leaders in our approach to identifying the talent and specialisms that our clients need to drive their businesses forward and become leaders in their own fields.

Phase 1 - Sourcing

We utilise a range of channels from which we are able to source talent for the sectors we operate in. Some of these are traditional recruiter methods; others utilise newer techniques across social media channels and networking

Phase 2 - Build

We build candidate talent communities from which we identify the best fit for our client opportunities.
Candidates choose to either follow us on our range of social media channels or they can create a more personal and individual records on our CRM / Database.

Phase 2 - Engage

We recognise that our communities consist of active AND passive job seekers, so the content and information we share is much more than just the jobs we represent. Our content is designed to be engaging, informative, thought provoking and relevant to both active and passive industry professionals. After all our knowledge is something to be shared.
