Contingency Recruitment
Supplying skills on demand. With a detailed specification of what you are looking for we will utilise our network of contacts and extensive advertising presence to source suitable applicants before presenting a shortlist for you to interview. No placement, no fee.
Search and Selection
More commonly referred to as headhunting. Assignments taken on a retained basis only. Ideally for executive level appointments or those really difficult assignments. Fees vary but typically split into 3 equal installments.
Preferred supplier/Account Management
One of the most effective ways to manage your recruitment suppliers. Whether you operate a multi-tier structure or work with a limited number, Genesis Associates actively encourage and promote the use of preferred suppliers.
All key accounts are assigned an Account Manager to act as the sole point of contact. No speculative introductions, only relevant CVs for LIVE jobs. No canvass calls from consultants looking for new vacancies. CVs presented in the format of your choice, to correct contacts only. As a Genesis Associates key account we will conduct and provide regular reviews and management reports ensuring SLA's and KPIs are being achieved.
